A Glass of Strawberries With Limoncello & Mint
I'm on to the last batch of stawberries I bought. I prepared them the only way my 5-year old would eat them. Halved or quartered with white sugar & a light squeeze of a lemon. He's in berry heaven when he has a bowl in front of him. For us adults, I prepared it the typical Italian way. Like my son's but with a dash of Limoncello & mint leaves. Sometimes I couple it with Vermouth or just Vermouth alone.
