Cold Pasta Salad With Asparagus, Feta, Blueberries & Basil
Versatility is one of the main things that makes pasta dishes a frequent meal in most homes. Being in Italy, I cannot really say that because my husband and kids will not let me out of the kitchen if I don't cook them a plate of pasta as frequently as they want. It's in the genes and it's impossible to go through the days without any pasta in their systems. So what does that tell me? Create as much pasta dishes using old and new recipes. Now that we are in summer, I whip up the cold versions more than the hot ones.
Here is something that I had fun putting together. For the sake of color, I put together the whites, greens & purples. I have always loved this color combination eversince I was a kid. This time, it worked wonders even with food! This is one of my favorite combinations. It's not easy to let go of the fork once you start eating!
And yes, you guessed it, the recipe is at She Knows, the site where I also develop recipes aside from this blog. You can just click on this link to go there. If you want to see what recipes have been keeping me busy in their site, click on this link.
I'm trying to catch up in updating everything after my recent trip to the Philippines. I am presently working on a post about it and I can't wait to share it with you! Have a wonderful week!
